We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic law student to join us over the summer in our brand new 10 week summer internship.
You’ll be helping us complete our annual updates, create and format revision materials, and spread the word about Law Answered through a range of marketing activities, whilst improving your legal skills and business knowledge.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone that is keen to learn a lot, work hard, and not be afraid to get stuck in. You will not be stuck photocopying and making tea – your work will directly help other law students!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Putting your legal knowledge into action via both product development and marketing and operational tasks.
Supporting our team in the production and release of revision materials
Formatting and proof-reading revision materials
Being actively involved in our marketing efforts (including creating content, blogging, reaching out to student law societies etc.)
Getting involved in all elements of small business life – from admin to marketing to product management.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:

Excellent at communicating (both in writing and verbally)
Friendly and approachable
A law student (at any level)
Ideally based in West Midlands / Yorkshire / North East (you must be able and willing to travel to Birmingham, York and London at points during the internship).

KEY DETAILS
Start date: 1st July 2024
Length: 10 weeks
Pay: National living wage
Location: Remote, with occasional travel required to Yorkshire, West Midlands and/or London. Please note you need to be able to work in the UK and living in the UK to apply for this role.

Stage 2 –Written application (deadline Sunday 24th March)
Successful candidates will be invited to complete a written application which will require you to share some more details about you, your studies and your interests outside of work. This stage will also include a short writing test.
Stage 3 – Video interview
The final stage will be an interview with our CEO and Head of Products via zoom. These interviews will take place 1st - 3rd April 2024.
