PGDL Answered Case Book
Our PGDL Answered Case Book summarises nearly 3,000 cases - the vast bulk of cases that students will encounter during their postgraduate diploma in law conversion course studies: Contract Law, Torts, Criminal Law, Land Law, Trusts, Public Law and Company law.
The facts of each case are summarised alongside the ratio, or legal principle, derived from each case. Cases are divided by topic to match our PGDL Answered Core Guides, with notes to help you compare and contrast particular cases in each topic. The Key Cases which you really need to know are flagged as well.
Our Case Book covers the same full list of topics covered in our Core Guide. The vast majority of the thousands of cases referred to in our Core Guide are also detailed in our Case Book. Our Core Guide and Case Book have been written and updated in tandem so that you can learn the key points of each case and when and how to apply it.
