KEY DATES FOR THE HOLIDAYS

As the holidays approach, we wanted to share our key dates with you, to help with your planning.

Ordering Guides

IF YOU ARE ORDERING BEFORE CHRISTMAS:

If you want your guide to be delivered before Christmas, we recommend ordering by:

  • Monday 12th December for Royal Mail postage (UK) or DHL tracked (international). Please be aware that there are a number of Royal Mail strikes planned in the lead-up to Christmas, so order early (Royal Mail has advised us to pass this message on to our customers!)

  • Monday 19th December for DHL tracked postage (UK)

Please note that our last day for posting is on Friday 23rd December. Any orders which are not posted by this date will be posted on Tuesday 3rd January 2023. We strongly recommend that you choose DHL tracked at checkout to ensure that your order arrived before the holidays.

IF YOU ARE ORDERING BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND THE NEW YEAR:

If you need guides during this time, you have two options:

  1. Purchase a blended or MyLiveBook version of our guides. Your digital access will be emailed to you within one hour of purchase. If you are choosing this option we recommend that you add querypoint@knowledgepoint.co.uk to your contacts list prior to placing your order to ensure that the code arrives in your inbox. Further details can be found here.

  2. Purchase a guide on Amazon prime.

IF YOU ARE ORDERING IN THE NEW YEAR:

All services will resume as normal from Tuesday 3rd January 2023. Please be aware that there may be a small delay in getting back to customers during this first week of January due to the volume of queries and orders received over the holiday period, so please bear with us during this period.

Customer Queries

Our main customer service team will be off between Thursday 22nd December and Tuesday 3rd January. We will be running a customer service ‘lite’ mode during this time. We will be responding to emails during this period (on all non-weekend and non-bank holiday days), but please be aware that we may not be able to deal with all requests during this time as we will need to wait for information that will not be available prior to Tuesday 3rd January.
