Our Case Book summarises the facts and legal principles of approximately 350 cases that you will come across in your studies. These are split out into key cases and topics to match our Consumer Law Core Guide. Our Case Book is intended to be a helpful study aid by collating and explaining a wide range of cases, but it is not essential to purchase both the Core Guide and the Case Book to get a good understanding of consumer law. Our Core Guide also explains key cases, though not as many other cases as in our Case Book.
