Digital notes now available!
Law Answered are now offering digital law notes.
We know that these are difficult times for students at the moment. Lots of students have asked us for digital access to our first-class notes, so we’ve been working round the clock to make sure that we can offer this.
We’re using a fantastic e-learning platform, MyLiveBook. Unlike a simple PDF or other download, MyLiveBook is premium piece of software which allows you to access and annotate your notes on your phone, computer or tablet.
MyLiveBook replicates what it’s like to use and annotate a physical copy of our notes - but one which you can access anywhere, without having to carry a book around. You can:
View our guides
Highlight and colour sections
Make notes on them,
Add content
Add reminders
All our Core Guides and Case Books for the LLB, GDL and LPC are available now. Our LPC Electives will be available on a rolling basis over the next three weeks.
Our guides will be available as a blended approach to learning, as this has been shown to be a successful learning method (and one used by many law schools already). A blended approach means that you will have the option to purchase both the physical book and the e-learning version together (we are not offering the digital access for sale on its own). Or, if you don’t want to also buy the digital version, you can choose to purchase only the physical copy like before. Note that the digital access does not allow you to print out or share our notes with anyone else.
We’re offering what we hope is a fair price in these uncertain times, as the blended physical and digital copies will cost only slightly more than the standalone physical copies.
We’re also offering discounts for multiple purchases. If you spend over £55, a £10 saving will automatically be applied at checkout. For example, if you buy our GDL or LPC Core Guide with any other guide, you would get this automatic discount.
How do you get digital access? Visit our shop and checkout as usual (make sure you are purchasing the blended edition). Once you’ve gone through our checkout, your access code should arrive within an hour, and your physical notes will arrive in the post in the usual way. Make sure to look out for a separate email from MyLiveBook containing your access code, and check your spam filter. If you need more detailed instructions, visit here.
